I started this blog for one reason — because what I’ve learned about cellular health over the past 15 years has made a real difference in how I feel, and I think it can do the same for other people.
My name is JMoe. I’m 61 years old. I rarely get sick. I recover fast. I feel genuinely good — not “good for my age,” just good.
That’s not luck and it’s not genetics. It’s the result of 15 years of paying attention to something most people never think about — what’s actually happening inside your cells as you age.
I have a background in physics and chemistry, so when I found something that made scientific sense to me I went deep into the research. What I found changed how I think about health entirely.
Here’s what I want you to know upfront: you don’t need a science degree to benefit from what I share here. If you want to understand the science deeply there are resources for that and I’ll point you to them. If you just want to know what works and why — that’s what this blog is for.
I’m also going to be straight with you — I’m not just here to educate. I’ve been using specific products for 15 years that I believe are responsible for my results, and at some point I’ll be sharing what those are. Not as a pitch — as an honest account of what I’ve personally used and why.
For now, just look around. Read a few posts. See if this resonates with you.
